Quick Wellness for when you're over 50

Wellness Quick Cure for anyone over 50 

It works for me so likely it will work for you as well. 

NOTE: You have to be inspired to get well: either by desperation or inspiration. If you want to die, this information isn't for you.

Nothing works if you don't do it consistently for at least a year.  If you're over 50 that's quick, right?
So get clear with yourself that you are going to change because you're desperate to change your physical and emotional state to a better one.

How to do it: 
Choose one thing and do that, then a week later choose another item on the list and start that as well, so you've added two new good things. A week later add the third, and so on.

Exercise after a meal or treat.Liver stomach system daily cleanse weight loss tonic. 
30mins before breakfast daily drink this: 
Magnesium oil on feet, in foot bath, rub on painful muscles daily. Make by getting magnesium chloride crystals and dissolve 1-1 with water. Eases muscle spasms, gives good sleep, spray on chest for asthma attacks.
Quit eating processed foods: eliminate eating anything with a tv ad.
Do have occasional treats but keep treats as actual treats for
Go old fashioned: traditional cheese, home made breads, butter, salt, olive oil, coconut oil, organic fish, organic eggs, organic beef and start growing your own vegetables: even if it's only herbs and greens on your window sill.

Why do people need help with health?

I admit it, I'm over 50 years old.
Over the past years I have seen and learned stuff about living longer, being more healthy than the average person of my age. Hell, a lot of people born in my year are dead already of cancer and all those other chemical, attitudinal and dietary diseases.
I've watched one sibling cure himself of diabetes. I've watched another undertake devastating chemotherapy. I've seen another sibling cure herself of breast cancer.
I've seen doctors save my dad after a series of heart attacks brought on by an infected tooth.
I have all kinds of knowledge  that overflows my brain about good things I'd like to share with you which may assist your health, your well-being, your happiness.
If even one thing I post on this blog gives you a helping hand: then my life is more complete.

Diabetes, tip yourself off the edge of disaster

Dragons Breath 
30mins before breakfast daily drink this:

Into a mug put 1/8 tsp turmeric, 1/8 tsp rosemary ground into powder, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. For ease of use I grind the rosemary leaves, turmeric & cayenne together in equal parts in a coffee grinder. 

Add 

1 Tablespoon of lime juice, 
1 Tablespoon Apple cider vinegar, 
1 teaspoon honey. 
Add warm/hot water to fill the mug and stir to dissolve the honey. 

Drink, say ahh and watch how this magic concoction moves your digestion and body into comfort over the next 20 days. 

If you feel you need it, drink 30 minutes before every meal to get your body working for you, not against you.
My brother went diabetic, then took this mix for a couple of months, lost weight, didn't exercise more or change his diet and his blood sugars returned to normal.
